Lead-free brass offers good conductivity and formability, while stainless steel provides enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. Electropin offers four retention feature types: Star, Tabs/Spline, Inscribed Square, and Flat. The star feature can expand pin diameter up to 50% greater than the base wire diameter, providing strong press-fit or post-insertion holding force and reliable anti-rotation performance in both plastic and metal substrates.
