Automatic die rolling is a cold-forming process where wire is shaped between dies without cutting or heating the material. Unlike machining, it generates zero scrap, causes no tool dulling, and produces consistent parts at much higher speeds — up to 5 pins per second — with a defect rate of just 1 in 600,000,000.

Yes. Because Electropin uses lead-free materials such as lead-free brass and stainless steel, their pins fully eliminate REACH and RoHS compliance concerns without requiring leaded brass — a key advantage over traditional machined connector pins that often rely on leaded alloys.
